Announcement by Alinma Investment Company regarding the details of non- fundamental changes to Alinma Retail REIT Fund.

Alinma Investment Company announces the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of a non- fundamental change to Alinma Retail REIT Fund such change will become effective on 02/05/1445H, corresponding to 16/11/2023G.

The details of the non-fundamental change are as follows:

·         Updating Zakat Clause in the Fund’s terms and conditions to compile with the investors’ Zakat regulation in investment Funds.

·         Clarifying the mechanism for calculating management fees

·         Updating other funds supervised by one or more members of the Board of Directors.
