Announcement by Alinma Investment Company regarding a fundamental change to Alinma Makkah Real Estate Fund

Alinma Investment Company announces the approval of the unitholders and the Capital Market Authority of a fundamental change to Alinma Makkah Real Estate Fund, such change will become effective on 20/07/1443H, corresponding to 21/02/2022G.

The details of the fundamental change are as follows:

• Changing the Fund's risk level from medium to high.
• Adding the most important terms of the Binding Agreement that to be entered between Jabal Omar Development Company and Alinma Makkah Real Estate Fund.
• Adding the time range for the execution of the Transaction.
• Amending the summary of the strategies that the Fund will use to achieve its goals.
• Amending and adding items to the Fund’s risks.
• Amending the Fund termination and liquidation clause.
