Alinma Investment Company announces the Offering of  Yaqeen Capital Company shares for subscription and listing in the parallel market (“Nomu”) and the determination of the offering price.

Alinma investment Company in its capacity as the Financial Advisor for the Initial Public Offering of Yaqeen Capital Company (the "Company”) on the Parallel Market “Nomu”, announces the offering of (3,000,000) shares, representing 20% of the company's (15,000,000) shares on the Parallel Market “Nomu”.

The subscription period will begin on Sunday 26/10/1445H (corresponding to 05/05/2024G) and will end at 5:00 pm on Sunday 04/11/1445H (corresponding to 12/05/2024G).

The offering price for the Company's shares is SAR (40) per share.

Any qualified investor who has an active investment account with the lead manager or any of the receiving entities can subscribe to the offering shares through electronic subscription systems or electronic platforms that will be made available by the lead manager and the receiving entities.

The Saudi Exchange approved the Company’s application for the listing its shares on the Parallel Market (“NOMU”) on 13/01/1445H (corresponding to 31/07/2023G) and the Capital Market Authority (“CMA”) has approved the Company’s application for the registration and offering of the Company’s shares on the Parallel Market (“NOMU”) on 08/09/1445H (corresponding to 18/03/2024G).
