Investment Management Advisory

Through the Investment Management Advisory service, Alinma Investment aims to understand the client's investment needs, objectives and specifications that are usually included in the Investment Policy Statement IPS, analyze and evaluate the performance of their current investment portfolios and then determine the strategic assets allocation. After the strategic allocation is agreed upon by the client, the most suitable asset managers will be selected, and the performance of the updated investment portfolio will be monitored permanently in order to insure that the client's objectives are met and propose enhancements to the portfolio returns when needed.

The scope of our advisory work mainly includes five stages:

• Determining the client's investment objectives and constraints.
• Analysing the client’s assets, liabilities and cash flows, and define investment goals, strategy and constraints.
• Analysing and evaluating the composition and performance of the investment portfolio.
• Identifying and choosing the right strategic assets allocation and most ideal portfolio managers.
• Implementation and monitoring to evaluate the asset manager's performance against expectations and enhance when needed.
