The Investment Banking Department at Alinma Investment provides services related to capital markets as follows: 

• Equity: Includes services related to arranging publicly or privately traded equities to suit customers’ needs and future plans, advising in priority rights which usually come after public offerings, as well as underwriting services for publicly traded equities.
• Sukuk: The Investment Banking Department provides arranging services of Sukuk offering as another option to finance companies.  A team of legal and financial advisors provide this service to ensure compliance of Sukuk structure with Shariah rules and provisions.
