Announcement by Alinma Investment Company regarding the distributions of Fund’s dividends to the Unitholders of Alinma Diversified Saudi Riyal Fund.

21 Ramadan, 1445 AH H - 31 March 2024 G

Alinma Investment Company announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alinma Diversified Saudi Riyal Fund for (the period from January to March 2024 G) as follows:

1.      Total distributed dividends 1,844,821.59 SAR

2.      Cash Distributions shall be based on (12,298,810.57 ) outstanding units.

3.      The amounts of dividends distributed is  0.1500000 SAR for each unit.

4.      The distribution ratio is 1.459885 %of the net asset value as on Thursday, date “(18/9/1445 H.), corresponding to (28/03/2024 G)”.

5.      Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of Monday, date “(22/9/1445 H.), corresponding to (01/04/2024 G)

6.     Distributions will be paid within 15 days.

The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions
