Alinma Investment Company announces cash distribution to the unitholders of Alinma Makkah Real Estate Fund’s

Alinma Investment Company announces after receiving the fund’s board of directors’ discussion for partial distribution of cash to the unitholders of Alinma Makkah Real Estate Fund in an amount equal to SAR 60.9 million  for the period 09 November 2020G to 08 May 2021G, according to the following details:

1. Total cash distributed 60,900,000 (Saudi Riyal).

2. Cash distributions will be made on the basis of 609 Million outstanding units.

3. The amount of cash distributed is 10 Halalah (Saudi Riyal) for each unit, and its percentage to the initial price of the unit is 1%.

4. The distribution ratio is approximately. 1% of the net asset value as of the date (16/05/1442H.) corresponding to (31/12/2020G.).

5. The cash distributions entitlement will be for unitholders as per the unitholders register on the end of Sunday dated (25/10/1442H.) corresponding to (06/06/2021G.).

6. The distributions will be paid within 7 days.

The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their bank information to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
