Change Details: Further to Alinma Investment announcement published on 2022/11/21, Alinma Investment would like to announce the transfer of a building (office/commercial) in Riyadh to Alinma Retail REIT Fund. As the legal and technical procedures were completed successfully. The purchase price is SR 52 million (RETT is not included) and Brokerage fees is SR 500,000, which was funded through the available banking facility for Alinma Retail REIT Fund.

The Impact Caused by the Change: It is expected that the results of the acquisition will be positive on Alinma Retail REIT Fund’s financial performance during the coming period.
