Announcement by Alinma investment company regarding an update of the terms and conditions and details of non- fundamental change for Alinma Makkah Real Estate Fund

Alinma Investment Company announces an update of the terms and conditions of Alinma Makkah Real Estate Fund as of 02/02/1443H corresponding to 09/09/2021 G. In addition, the approval of Fund’s Board of Directors has been obtained for non- fundamental change. Such change will become effective on 26/02/1443 H corresponding to 03/10/2021 G.

1. The Fund’s terms and conditions were modified to comply with Annex No. (1) of the amended Real Estate Investment Funds Regulations by CMA Board Decision No. 2-22-2021 dated 7/12/1442 H corresponding to 2/24/2021 G
2. The Fund’s voting rights were amended to comply with the amended Real Estate Investment Funds Regulations by CMA Board Decision No. 2-22-2021 dated 7/12/1442 H corresponding to 2/24/2021 G
3. Reflecting the Fund’s date of operation, since the previous terms and conditions specified only the maximum period of the operating date
4. Adding updates under the Real Estate Assets clause
5. Update regarding the Value Added tax
6. Update on the list of investment funds supervised by some members of the Fund’s Board
7. Update information of Fund Board Chairman
8.  Update information of Fund Board Member
9. Update address information of Fund Manager
