Mr. Anees Ahmed Moumina

Chairman

Mr. Anees Ahmed Moumina currently is the Chairman of the Alinma Investment Company’s Board of Directors since December 2023.In addition to his role, he serves on boards of several companies, which include: Alinma Bank, Jeddah Development and Urban Regeneration Co., Dar Al Tamleek Co., Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital Co., Abdul Latif Jameel Enterprise, Dahiyat Murooj Jeddah Co., Jeddah Transport Co. (JTC), Halwani Brothers Co., Al Tazaj Fakieh Co., and Effat University.

Mr. Moumina has served on a number of boards which include: Saudi National Bank (SNB), Almarai Co., Vice Chairman of Savola Foods Co., Vice Chairman of Panda Retail Co., Vice Chairman of United Sugar Co., Vice Chairman of Afia International Co., Chairman of Variety Foods Co. (Al Khabeer), Vice Chairman of Herfy Co., Knowledge Economic City Co. (KEC), Elaf Group, and member of the Board of Trustees of Savola World,

Mr. Moumina has served on a number of boards which include: Saudi National Bank (SNB), Almarai Co., Vice Chairman of Savola Foods Co., Vice Chairman of Panda Retail Co., Vice Chairman of United Sugar Co., Vice Chairman of Afia International Co., Chairman of Variety Foods Co. Mr. Moumina holds a Master Degree in Engineering Administration (with honors) and a Bachelor in Civil Engineering (with honors), both from George Washington University. He was awarded a number of local and international awards which include: Family Business CEO of the Year 2017 by CEO Middle East Magazine and Revolutionary CEO of the Year 2015 by MENA CFO Awards.


Mr. Abdullah Ali Al-Khalifa

Vice Chairman

Mr. Abdullah Ali AlKhalifa is the Vice Chairman of the Alinma Investment Company Board of Directors and current CEO of Alinma Bank. He possesses a wealth of experience in the banking industry, with a career spanning over 30 years, during which he has held executive leadership positions at major Saudi banking institutions. These include Samba Financial Group, Arab National Bank, Al-Rajhi Bank, and Banque Saudi Fransi, where he implemented numerous development and transformation programs.

In addition to the aforementioned roles, Mr. AlKhalifa also serves as Chairman of the Saudi Fintech Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Alinma Bank, and as Deputy Chairman of Ersal Money Transfer Corp.

Mr. AlKhalifa obtained his bachelor's degree in accounting from King Saud University and received a master's degree in accounting from the University of Miami.


Mr. Mazin Fawaz Baghdadi

CEO & Managing Director

Mr. Mazin Fawaz Baghdadi serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Alinma Investment Company, bringing over 22 years of extensive experience in the investment sector. Currently, he holds a distinguished position as a member of the Board of Directors at Jabal Omar Development Company. Mazin's professional journey includes notable roles at Riyad Bank, Saudi Fransi Capital, and culminating at HSBC Saudi Arabia. Prior to joining Alinma Investment in 2016, he served as the Chief Investment Officer at HSBC Arabia in Saudi Arabia. Throughout his career, Mazin has demonstrated proficiency in managing investment funds and private portfolios across local and Gulf markets, encompassing both stock and money markets. He is a graduate with a bachelor's degree in finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. Additionally, he has pursued specialized courses in executive management, including the prestigious Transformation Program in Public Administration from the INSEAD Institute for Postgraduate Studies.


Mr. Walid bin Ghaith

Independent Board Member

Mr. Walid bin Ghaith is an independent member of the Alinma Investment Company Board of Directors. A highly experienced executive in the fields of investment banking and asset management, Mr. bin Ghaith has demonstrated repeated success over the past 25 years in strategic planning, business strategy development, and the seamless execution of investment business operations and turnaround plans for existing businesses.

Mr. bin Ghaith has held leadership positions in top financial corporates in the Kingdom such as Aljazira Capital, AlBilad Capital, and The Investor. He previously served as a member of the AlBilad Capital Company Board of Directors, and as the Chairman of the Al Jazira Dawawin Real Estate Fund Board of Directors. Additionally, he has been a board member for several investment funds.

Mr. bin Ghaith obtained his bachelor's degree in business management from King Abdulaziz University and holds an advanced certificate in banking and finance from the University of California Riverside.


Mr. Jameel Naif Alhamdan

Non-Independent Board Member

Mr. Jameel Naif Alhamdan is a non-independent member of the Alinma Investment Company Board of Directors and serves as the Head of Corporate Banking at Alinma Bank. Throughout his more than 25 years of industry experience, he has distinguished himself as a seasoned leader at major financial institutions such as Bank AlBilad and Banque Saudi Fransi, developing expertise in wholesale banking, strategic planning, performance enhancement, process re-engineering, and team building.

Mr. Alhamdan holds a bachelor’s degree in administrative sciences from King Saud University, where he majored in business administration. He has also participated in numerous executive and professional development programs.


Mr. Fahad Abdullah Moussa

Independent Board Member

Mr. Fahad Abdullah Moussa is an independent member of the Alinma Investment Company Board of Directors. He also serves as the Executive Vice President of Investment at the Saudi Arabian Airlines Group. With over 23 years of experience in both commercial and investment banking, Moussa has held various positions with esteemed organizations including Saudi National Bank and SAMBA Financial Group.

Mr. Moussa also serves as a board member at several prominent companies, including Catrion Catering Holding Company, SAL Saudi Logistics Services Company, Saudi Airlines Cargo Company, and Saudia Aerospace Engineering Industries Company. He has previously held board memberships at Alsalam Aerospace Industries Company and Aircraft Accessories & Components Company.

Mr. Moussa holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM). He has also actively participated in numerous leadership programs, including the MISK Foundation’s 2030 Leaders Program, as well as advanced management programs offered by Columbia University, Stanford Business School, and INSEAD Business School.
